What on a scale from 1-10 is blockquest?

I chose a 9, because Block Quest is great and all, but a lot of people make stupid levels that are impossible. The impossible levels get kind of annoying and borring .

the good ol days when everyone was active and good levels were posted everyday
and all the good players were on like-dynamo-guitarguy-tallguy(although he still checks in sparingly)-guitar lover-manax-etc.
